Quartzite is a very hard, fibrous rock that is often used in construction. The name “adamantium” comes from the Latin word for “unbreakable.” Quartzite is very durable and can resist a great deal of pressure. For this reason, it is often used in the construction industry for building foundations. It is also used to create countertops and flooring because of its beauty and durability. Many different minerals can be found in quartz, including silica, iron, sodium, calcium, aluminum, titanium, potassium, and mica.

When a slab of quartzite is cut and polished for use around the house, it is called an “Adamantium” Slab! In your kitchen you wouldnt be able to cut yourself on it. It would be safer to cut carrots with than a knife on the counter top.
